Viper Collar
The Viper Collar is the heart of the system
with its robust steel construction and
corrosion protective coating. The collar has
two anchor holes at each end to enable it to be
secured plus easy to use locking toggles t
lock the two halves of the collar in place.
There is a high pressure male hydraulic
coupler for lubricant supply plus a low
pressure male barb fitting for attaching the
product drain hose. Each end has two steel
scraper plates sized to suit the rope being
lubricated which pre-clean dirty wire ropes
and also protects the seal from broken strands Viper Seals
The Viper seals are made from a
polyurethane material which is extremely
durable and wear resistant, while at the same
time being flexible to achieve excellent sealing
under pressure. The seals come in pairs to suit
each individual rope size and are identical so
can be reversed if one end becomes worn.
They are easily removed and changed for
different size ropes or cleaning and storage Viper Pump
The Viper uses a high pressure 50:1 ratio air
operated grease pump with the standard kit sized
to suit a 20kg grease drum. The kit comes with a
drum cover, carry handle, follower plate and 4mt
of high pressure hydraulic hose with a female
quick connect hydraulic coupler on the end. An
on / off ball valve is also supplied to enable
adjustment of the air flow to the pump.
An optional extra quick connect grease gun
attachment with a spray valve can be supplied to
spray lubricant directly onto the outside of the
wire ropes, drums or sheaves. Pumps can also be
supplied to suit 50kg and 180kg size drums.
